2nd Prize winner on the Re-Growth international design competition the State of Victoria, Australia launched for a holistic design of the typology of a family house for the residents who have lost their homes in the Bushfires of 2009. The judges described the entry as ‘“High level of creativity and design innovation.”

December 2009 - emoli petroschka architects have been appointed by London & Quadrant Housing Trust to design a mixed use residential scheme in Old Kent Road.

May 2009 - emoli petroschka architects have been appointed by London & Quadrant Housing Trust to design a new residential scheme in Hither Green.

March 2009- Workshop with students from Hanover University and Lewisham Planning for Deptford Creekside Regeneration scheme.

February 2009- Planning consent granted for Lewisham College scheme.
